1. Basic Parameters:

- Pixel Size: 1.0µm(H) × 1.0µm(V). Adopting ISOCELL technology with a unique physical barrier design, it effectively reduces color crosstalk between adjacent pixels, enhances light sensitivity and photon collection capability, and ensures superior image quality.

- Built with Samsung 65nm Back-Side Illuminated (BSI) CMOS image sensor process. It supports Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) for fast autofocus and improved response speed. - Integrated with on-chip 10-bit ADC array and Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) circuit, it efficiently reduces Fixed Pattern Noise (FPN) and improves image purity. It integrates functions including defect correction, exposure configuration, white balance adjustment, image scaling and data compression to realize multi-dimensional image optimization, ensuring imaging sharpness and color fidelity, and delivering excellent picture quality even in low-light conditions.
