1. Basic Parameters:

- Pixel Size: 1.4μm (H) × 1.4μm (V). Combined with a backside illumination sensor architecture, it balances compact module design and light sensitivity, reconciling product size with low-light imaging performance.
- Optical Format: 1/3.2 inch. Compatible with standard small-size lenses, offering a wide range of lens options. The overall module size is compact, making it suitable for embedded miniature devices.
- Supply Voltage: Core voltage 1.2V, interface voltage 1.8V, analog voltage 2.7V. It can operate stably under various voltage conditions to guarantee sensor reliability.
- Temperature Range: Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 85°C. Its wide operating temperature range enables adaptation to diverse working environments.
2. Technical Features:
- Rolling Shutter Technology: Adopts a progressive exposure rolling shutter design featuring low image noise and delicate detail reproduction. It boasts high circuit integration, lower power consumption and cost, ideal for high-definition imaging in static and low-speed scenarios.
- Adopts Sony self-developed backside illuminated CMOS process, which relocates circuit layers behind photodiodes to drastically boost light incidence efficiency. Compared with conventional front-side illuminated sensors, it delivers markedly higher light intake in dim environments, effectively suppressing noise in night footage and producing clear, vivid color images even under weak light conditions.
- Equipped with an RGB primary color mosaic filter for accurate and natural color reproduction with moderate image saturation. It delivers outstanding anti-blooming performance to prevent large-area overexposure and whitening in high-brightness scenes. Meanwhile, vertical smear is eliminated, capturing crisp shots of moving objects and suiting dynamic video applications.
- IMX179 Camera Module: Compatible with standard modules equipped with various lenses including 135° wide-angle lenses to meet diverse customer demands.
