Sodium diisobutyl disulfide phosphate is a highly efficient collector used in mineral processing. It appears as a clear liquid and can range in color from colorless to light yellow. The content of the active ingredient sodium diisobutyl disulfate phosphate is stable at 49-53%, and the product exhibits excellent chemical stability and reactivity. As a key flotation chemical, it is widely used in the beneficiation of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores, especially in the separation of sulfide ores containing gold, silver, copper and zinc.

Performance and applications
Sodium diisobutyl disulfide phosphate exhibits superior selectivity in the collection of sulfide minerals, including gold, silver, copper, and zinc. Its molecular structure enables efficient adsorption on the surface of the target mineral, improves its hydrophobicity, improves the binding probability and strength of particles and bubbles, and improves the recovery rate of valuable minerals.
In the alkaline pulp environment, the collection effect of the reagent on pyrite is very small, and it shows a good selective inhibition effect. This helps to effectively reduce pyrite destruction during flotation of target minerals and supports the production of high-grade concentrated products.
The low foaming properties of sodium diisobutyl disulfate help maintain the stability of the flotation foam and prevent problems such as bubble fusion and cell spillage caused by too much foam. This ensures a stable hydrodynamic environment throughout the separation process and improves the overall mineral processing efficiency.
