1.Machine description
The H profile steel shot blasting machine belongs to Roller type shot blasting machine, mainly be used for stress relieving and surface cleaning of big H shape steel. Such pass-though type shot blasting machine is installed with speed regulatory roller conveyor controlled by PLC, conveyor transport the steel structures to the shot room and make the steel structures be shot by high speed forced steel shots from many different directions. The oxidized scale, rusted coating will be removed, then the steel structure obtains bright surface with some extent roughness. Steel shots and rusted dust fall on the steel structures are blown and transported to hopper by screw conveyor, finally to bottom of lifting machine for circulation.
