Steel bar shot blasting machine
This machine is of continuous feeding and continuous blasting with high efficiency. The rod is pulled by external traction device, Pass through preliminary straightening device, then go into shot area, the surface of rod is shoot by concentrated projectile to remove the oxide coating by friction with the pills. The rods get a bright surface with certain roughness. The projectile is conveyed by recovery screw to projectile circulation system. In cleaning process, the sifted down mixture of projectile and dust collect at lifting device passing chamber hopper and screw type conveyor in vertical and horizontal direction, then is lifted to the upper separator. Pure projectile falls into separator hopper for re-using. Rust produced during cleaning process is blown to dust exhaust system, while the pure air is exhausted into the atmosphere, granular dust is collected by device.
