The EE65 high frequency switching power transformer is engineered for high-power energy-conversion equipment such as PV solar inverters, hybrid energy-storage systems, UPS and industrial SMPS. Built on a low-loss ferrite EE65 core and wound with 100% pure copper wire, it delivers stable power transfer, low temperature rise and reliable insulation under continuous industrial duty. Windings, turns ratio, pin-out and creepage design are fully customizable to your schematic.

Q2: Do you use pure copper wire?
Yes, 100% pure copper enameled wire as standard. Litz wire or triple-insulated wire (TIW) is available for high-frequency or reinforced-insulation designs.
Q3: Are samples available?
Samples are available for evaluation; sample charges are refundable against the first mass-production order.
Q4: What test reports can you provide?
Inductance / turns-ratio / DCR / Hi-Pot reports and temperature-rise curves can be supplied with each shipment on request.
