Surface treatment: Galvanizing (8-12μm) / nitriding (0.1-0.3mm) for corrosive environments; Teflon coating for high-temperature scenarios
Precision inspection: Use go/no-go gauges for general threads; control cumulative pitch error ≤0.01mm/m for high-precision threads
Fit verification: Pressure test for sealing threads; no jamming and noise ≤75dB during no-load operation for transmission threads
