II. Key Considerations for CNC Machining

1. Cutting Tools: Adopt stainless steel-specific cemented carbide tools or cobalt-containing high-speed steel tools (M35/M42). Chamfer the tool nose, use a large rake angle, select fewer-flute milling cutters, and grind wide and deep chip breakers.
2. Cutting Parameters: Adopt low rotational speed, high feed rate and large depth of cut; distinguish parameters for rough and finish machining; avoid small depth of cut and slow feed rate. Adopt low speed for tapping and drilling, and retract the tool to remove chips midway.
3. Processes: Strictly separate rough and finish machining, reduce the number of tool passes, prioritize climb milling, process thin-walled parts in separate sequences, and perform intermediate solution annealing if work hardening is severe.
4. Cooling & Lubrication: Dry cutting is strictly prohibited. Use stainless steel-specific extreme pressure emulsion or sulfided cutting oil, with high-pressure and large-flow pouring. Adopt internal cooling for deep hole machining.
5. Clamping: Use soft jaws for clamping, increase the contact area, add a follow rest for slender shafts, and control the clamping force for thin-walled parts to prevent deformation and scratch.

2. Adopting small depth of cut and slow feed rate for finish machining
