Situo Hardware specializes in the production and customization of 304 stainless steel flat head step rivets, shoulder locating solid rivets and non-standard step riveting fasteners. Widely used in automation equipment, tooling jigs, electromechanical panels, sheet metal housings and precision mechanical assembly, our products serve as core precision fasteners for industrial accurate positioning, limit riveting and layered assembly.
This series of 304 stainless steel flat head step rivets are high-precision segmented positioning riveting parts with integrated flat head and shoulder step structure. Different from ordinary straight rivets without limit function, the unique step shoulder accurately controls assembly depth, limit spacing and layered assembly thickness, effectively solving assembly deviation, over-pressure and uneven fitting problems.
Made of genuine solid SUS304 stainless steel and formed by cold forging and CNC machining dual processes, the rivets feature high coaxiality, flat burr-free end face, stable fastening and precise limiting performance. With neat and flush assembly effect, they are widely applied in precision equipment assembly and non-standard customized scenarios.
Built-in step shoulder limit structure realizes automatic positioning and stopping during assembly, strictly controlling board penetration depth and compression thickness, avoiding manual assembly errors.
Precision polished flat head with regular edges ensures completely flush surface after riveting without protrusions or burrs, meeting high-standard assembly requirements.
Made of original SUS304 solid stainless steel with dense texture and high mechanical strength. Excellent compression, shear, vibration, rust and oxidation resistance.
Support dual mature production modes: cold forging for standard specifications and CNC precision machining for high-precision and special non-standard sizes.
The integral solid structure provides sufficient rigidity and uniform stress bearing, effectively preventing loosening and displacement from long-term vibration.

We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60mm, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001mm.
