This series of stainless steel round head hex socket sliding stay rivets is professionally developed for window sliding stay and wind brace opening and closing structures. Integrally CNC machined from solid 304 stainless steel, it adopts an innovative structure of round head plus hex socket, enabling precise locking and fine adjustment during assembly and effectively solving the problems of offset, loosening and non-adjustability of traditional rivets.
With high coaxiality, smooth burr-free surface and precise dimensional tolerance, the rivet ensures uniform fitting clearance, flexible window opening and closing without jamming or abnormal noise, and excellent anti-fatigue performance after long-term repeated use. Featuring outstanding rust and corrosion resistance, it adapts to outdoor, high-rise, coastal salt spray and humid environments, serving as a core connecting fitting for high-end system windows and engineering door and window hardware.
Made of genuine solid 304 stainless steel with dense texture and no impurities. Features superior rust resistance, oxidation resistance and salt spray resistance, suitable for outdoor exposure, coastal areas, humid environments and dusty construction sites.
Precision arc round head with smooth and burr-free surface ensures flat and neat installation. Will not scratch hands, jam profiles or interfere with window opening and closing movement.
Standard precision hex socket ensures uniform force during assembly, allowing accurate positioning, fine adjustment and stable locking. Avoids assembly deviation and looseness caused by traditional stamping rivets.
One-time CNC turning and milling forming ensures high roundness and coaxiality of the pin shaft. Ultra-smooth surface guarantees uniform matching clearance with sliding stay hinge holes.
Solid integrated structure optimized for window hinge force characteristics, with strong shear resistance and impact resistance. Stably bears window sash weight and opening/closing impact force.
Customizable diameter, total length, rod length, head thickness, hex socket size and arc radian. Compatible with broken bridge aluminum windows, system windows, casement windows and top/bottom hung windows.
Full-process quality control includes material verification, dimensional tolerance detection, coaxiality calibration, surface roughness inspection and hex socket gauge testing.
