Situo Hardware specializes in custom manufacturing of non-standard stainless steel formed rivets, special head rivets and automation equipment housing fastening rivets. We focus on non-standard fastening supporting fields such as automation equipment, sheet metal housings, industrial control equipment and precision instruments.
This series of non-standard stainless steel formed rivets are specially developed for automation equipment housing riveting and sheet metal shell fixing. Different from ordinary standard rivets, these rivets support custom special head shapes and irregular profile integral forming. Made of high-quality solid 304 stainless steel, they are processed by composite cold forging and CNC precision finishing technology.
Featuring regular head shape, accurate contour and burr-free smooth surface, the rivets perfectly adapt to special hole positions and narrow assembly spaces of equipment housings, solving the problems of assembly interference and poor fitting of standard rivets. With tight fitting, uniform stress, high fastening strength and excellent vibration resistance and anti-loosening performance, they are core special fasteners for non-standard riveting of automation equipment shells and precision sheet metal parts.
Made of genuine solid SUS304 stainless steel with dense texture and balanced mechanical toughness. Excellent shear resistance, compression resistance and anti-vibration performance, with superior rust, oxidation and moisture dust corrosion resistance.
Customizable various special non-standard head shapes including special flat head, widened head, countersunk head, step head, limit head and special arc head. Perfectly matching all kinds of non-standard shells and special limit assembly scenarios.
Cold forging integral forming combined with CNC precision trimming technology. Strict control of head radian, end flatness, rod diameter tolerance and verticality for perfect fitting without skew, protrusion or gap.
Optimized for long-term vibration and slight shaking working conditions. Solid integral structure provides high rigidity and large riveting engagement area, effectively resisting loosening caused by high-frequency equipment vibration.
Multiple polishing and deburring processes with smooth edges and no tool marks or burrs. Will not scratch equipment shells, sheet metal paint and profiles during assembly.
Customizable total length, rod diameter, head size, head thickness, forming radian and step position. Special specifications such as lengthened, thickened and ultra-thin head rivets available.
Full-process quality control includes material verification, forming dimension calibration, head contour detection, flatness screening and riveting adaptability sampling. Unified forming accuracy and strong interchangeability.
We specialize in custom processing of non-standard stainless steel formed rivets with mature precision hardware production technology. Full production workflow: material screening & cutting → non-standard cold forging forming → CNC precision finishing → head shaping & polishing → full dimension inspection → appearance sorting → packaging & delivery.
