All hole arrays and through-hole structures are completed in one single clamping process to eliminate cumulative errors. Micro holes, array holes, special-shaped holes and stepped holes are precisely formed with vertical, burr-free and smooth inner walls.
The overall outline, cavity end face, reference mounting surface and all perforated structures are integrally finished. Key dimensional tolerances are stably controlled within ±0.005mm to ±0.05mm with strict flatness and position degree control.
We optimize hole arrangement and aperture structure according to RF equipment working principles, balancing electromagnetic shielding performance, heat dissipation efficiency and internal wiring regularity.
