All Banjo hardware accessories are integrally formed in one CNC clamping process, completing contour shaping, hole positioning, thread tapping and chamfer finishing at one time. The stable tolerance is controlled within ±0.005mm with accurate hole position and uniform fitting clearance.
Multiple premium surface finishes are available, including mirror polishing, anodizing, electroplating, wire drawing and passivation. The burr-free smooth surface provides comfortable hand feel and excellent decorative effect.
Optimized for long-term playing vibration and frequent debugging of Banjo instruments, our custom hardware features high structural strength and fatigue resistance. The tightly fitted thread and precise limit structure prevent loosening, displacement and abnormal noise during performance.
We provide full non-standard customization for all types of Banjo hardware parts, including adjustment accessories, fixing pin screws, connecting brackets, limit positioning parts, special-shaped decorative hardware and old instrument replacement parts.
