Situo Hardware specializes in custom tapered head stainless steel guide pin shafts and CNC machined cone head limit locating pins. Our high-precision non-standard pin components are designed for industrial automation jigs, precision fixtures, inspection tools, mold positioning, and intelligent equipment modules.
Our cone head guide pins are integrally CNC machined from solid 304/316 stainless steel, featuring tapered guide structure and straight limit shaft. The smooth tapered surface enables automatic alignment and smooth insertion, while the high-coaxiality shaft ensures accurate positioning and zero displacement.
We select dense industrial-grade 304/316 solid stainless steel bar stock. 304 stainless steel is suitable for conventional dry workshop automation environments, while 316 provides superior salt spray, acid and alkali corrosion resistance for harsh working conditions.
Professionally optimized symmetrical tapered structure with smooth slope surface allows automatic deviation correction and smooth guiding during assembly, eliminating manual precise positioning and improving assembly efficiency.
Integrally formed in one clamping process, eliminating coaxiality deviation. Key dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.005mm to ±0.05mm with precise roundness and cylindricity control.
Combining tapered guiding and straight-section limiting functions in one component simplifies fixture structure and reduces accessory quantity. Solid one-piece cutting structure ensures high structural strength.
Customize full-series tapered guide pins including non-standard cone angles, long/short tapered heads, special-diameter shafts, stepped limit pins, and special-shaped positioning components.
All finished pins undergo full-dimensional inspection, cone angle calibration, coaxiality testing, surface roughness detection, simulated assembly test and visual finishing with batch qualified rate over 99%.
