Designed with reserved radial holes, axial through holes and side positioning holes, our dowel pins support wire threading, pin insertion and snap fastening for micro angle adjustment, anti-rotation limit and quick assembly & disassembly. This structural design effectively solves the shortcomings of traditional solid pins such as fixed positioning, poor adjustability and troublesome disassembly.

All perforated locating pins are completed in one clamping CNC forming process, ensuring integrated finishing of outer circle, end face, chamfer and hole position. The stable machining tolerance reaches ±0.005mm with excellent coaxiality and straightness.

The solid one-piece cutting structure has no welding seams or splicing defects, featuring high rigidity, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Optimized for long-term mechanical vibration and repeated plugging positioning.

We provide full non-standard customization of pin diameter, length, hole diameter, hole position, step structure and special-shaped appearance.
