Our automation gripper parts are manufactured from high-grade 6061, 6063, and 7075 aerospace aluminum alloy materials, processed through multi-axis CNC turn-mill integrated precision machining. Designed for intelligent automated production lines, pneumatic clamping mechanisms, and robot handling systems, these aluminum grippers feature lightweight construction, high rigidity, rust resistance, and high-speed response performance.
These components effectively reduce robot load while improving repetitive positioning accuracy. All clamping heads support full non-standard customization according to customer drawings and samples, making them widely applicable for automatic grabbing, handling, sorting, and fixture positioning scenarios.
We use certified high-quality aluminum alloy raw materials with strict hardness and composition testing for uniform texture and low internal stress. Compared to steel and plastic parts, aluminum clamping heads are lighter, more rigid, and resistant to deformation during high-frequency operation.
All clamping arcs, positioning planes, mounting holes, and limit steps are finished in one clamping setup, eliminating cumulative machining errors and ensuring stable tolerance within ±0.005mm. Smooth clamping surfaces provide uniform fitting clearance without slipping or scratching.
Processed from solid aluminum blocks, the one-piece integrated structure has no welding seams or deformation stress. Optimized for high-frequency operation, continuous vibration, and impact loads, maintaining stable rigidity during long-term repeated use.
We customize arc-shaped clamping heads, flat gripper jaws, profiling special-shaped clamps, widened and lengthened robot clamping arms, anti-slip limit grippers, and lightweight thin-wall clamping components according to specific grabbing requirements.
We provide anodizing, hard oxidation, sandblasting, and polishing treatments to improve surface hardness and wear resistance. All parts undergo stress relief treatment and 100% dimensional inspection with batch qualified rates over 99%.
Situo Hardware has complete independent production capacity for custom aluminum automation gripper parts. We support 24-48 hours rapid prototyping, 3-7 days batch delivery, and large-scale OEM mass production. Material certificates and inspection reports are provided with standard export packaging and global shipping services.
We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60mm, with minimum control tolerance of 0.001mm.
