Situo Hardware is a professional CNC machining factory specializing in custom aluminum alloy mechanical hardware. Adopting high-purity 6061, 6063 and 7075 solid aluminum alloy raw materials, all aluminum joint fittings are integrally formed by turn-mill composite CNC precision machining. Different from ordinary stamped and die-cast parts, our CNC aluminum connection components feature higher density, stronger rigidity and better dimensional stability.
With lightweight, anti-oxidation, vibration resistance and durable performance, our custom aluminum hardware effectively solves the problems of heavy weight, easy rust, loose assembly and low precision of traditional mechanical connection parts, widely used in precision mechanical docking and structural fixing scenarios.
We adopt industrial-grade solid aluminum alloy with strict spectral inspection and stress relief treatment. The material has uniform texture, no pores or impurities, ensuring excellent structural stability. Compared with steel connection parts, aluminum alloy fittings greatly reduce equipment load and operating energy consumption.
All aluminum connection hardware is completed in one clamping process, finishing plane milling, hole drilling, tapping, grooving and special contour forming at one time. It eliminates secondary machining errors and ensures stable tolerance within ±0.005mm.
We provide unlimited non-standard customization for all aluminum connection parts, including angle transition joints, multi-hole integrated fixing blocks, stepped positioning connectors, anti-interference brackets, extended connecting arms and special-shaped structural fittings.
Processed from solid aluminum blocks without welding or splicing, the one-piece integrated structure features high density and strong fatigue resistance. Optimized for high-frequency start-stop and long-term vibration working conditions.
Multiple surface treatments such as sandblasting, anodizing and hard oxidation are available to enhance surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. All finished products undergo stress relief treatment, CMM full-dimensional inspection and simulated assembly testing before delivery.

We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum control tolerance is 0.001.
