Situo Hardware is a professional CNC machining factory specializing in custom non-standard aluminum connecting parts. Our aluminum connecting fittings are manufactured from solid 6061, 6063 and 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy through integrated multi-axis CNC turn-mill machining.

We support custom irregular shapes, variable angles and multi-hole layouts to overcome limitations of standard joints. Widely used for mechanical docking, module fixing and bracket support, these aluminum components are core lightweight connecting hardware for automated machinery.
We adopt high-quality solid aluminum raw materials including 6061, 6063 and 7075. Each batch passes material inspection for stable performance. Aluminum alloy greatly reduces the load of moving automation modules to improve operating speed and lower power consumption.
The material features good toughness and vibration resistance. Optional anodizing, hard coating and sandblasting enhance surface wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance for long-term continuous industrial operation.
