Adopting premium industrial aluminum alloy raw material with dense texture and high thermal conductivity, our liquid cooling accessories deliver far better heat dissipation efficiency than ordinary iron and steel parts. The lightweight aluminum structure reduces overall equipment load, perfectly adapting to new energy energy storage and vehicle equipment.
All liquid cooling parts are integrally formed in one CNC clamping process, completing internal flow channels, sealing surfaces, mounting holes and thread interfaces at one time. The smooth inner flow channel ensures unobstructed coolant circulation and uniform heat dissipation with stable tolerance of ±0.005mm.
Optimized for high-pressure water circulation working conditions of new energy equipment, the solid one-piece cutting structure has no welding gaps or splicing defects. It features high structural strength and strong pressure resistance, resisting deformation, bulging and cracking under long-term high-pressure water impact.
We provide full non-standard customization of all liquid cooling accessories, including special-shaped liquid cooling plates, closed water-cooled bases, cooling connectors, thin-wall micro cooling parts and high-pressure sealed water cooling components. We support rapid prototyping and large-scale OEM mass production.
Multiple surface treatments such as anodizing and anti-corrosion passivation are available to prevent scaling, oxidation and flow channel blockage. All finished liquid cooling parts undergo high-pressure water tightness testing, flow channel smoothness inspection and full-dimensional calibration before delivery.
