We adopt high-density solid stainless steel raw materials with strict stress relief treatment, featuring high hardness, excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. Compared with copper and aluminum sleeves, stainless steel mesh bushings have better wear resistance, oxidation resistance and rust-proof performance.
The integrated full through-hole structure features ultra-smooth inner wall with zero burrs and high coaxiality, ensuring unobstructed shaft penetration and stable sliding operation. The through-hole design realizes efficient ventilation and heat dissipation, quickly removing friction heat generated by high-speed transmission.
The outer wall adopts professional precision knurling technology with uniform, neat and three-dimensional mesh texture. The standard mesh density provides powerful friction and occlusion force between the bushing and mounting hole, effectively preventing idle rotation, sliding displacement and loosening.
All mesh pattern through-hole bushings are completed in one clamping CNC forming process, integrating inner hole finishing, outer wall mesh rolling, end face trimming and chamfering. The stable machining tolerance reaches ±0.005mm with strictly controlled flatness and verticality.
We provide full non-standard customization of mesh density, inner/outer diameter, length, step structure and special-shaped appearance for all stainless steel mesh bushings. Custom solutions are available according to customer drawings, samples and working condition requirements.
