High-purity brass offers outstanding anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, and non-magnetic performance, effectively preventing rust and metal magnetization in humid and dusty workshop environments. With moderate hardness and good toughness, the brass pin wears slowly and will not scratch precision tool holes, fully meeting assembly standards for precision jigs and testing equipment.
Full-process CNC turning and milling strictly control outer diameter, length, split gap, and concentricity. All parts are burr-free with smooth cuts and consistent dimensions. Precise tolerance ensures tight fitting, smooth insertion, and accurate positioning. Batch products maintain high uniformity and interchangeability, suitable for mass tool assembly and daily replacement.
The professional split elastic design provides stable tension. After installation, the pin closely fits the hole inner wall to achieve reliable positioning and anti-loosening effect, preventing offset or falling off caused by equipment vibration. It supports quick assembly, disassembly, and repeated adjustment, greatly improving efficiency for tooling replacement and equipment debugging.
Widely compatible with industrial tooling fixtures, automation jigs, testing equipment, and mold positioning structures. We provide full customization of diameter, length, split width, grooves, and special-shaped structures according to customer drawings and samples.
