This flange base adjustment fastener is a precision spare screw processed by CNC machining, manufactured from standard carbon steel. It is specially designed for equipment flange base positioning, height fine-tuning and locking assembly. With integrated flange structure and standard thread design, this fitting delivers smooth rotation and stable fastening force. It is widely matched with automation equipment, tooling fixtures, machine tool bases and mechanical frames for daily position adjustment and fixed installation.
The whole screw is made of carbon steel with uniform internal texture and stable mechanical performance. It maintains good rigidity under normal working load, not easy to bend or deform during long-term repeated adjustment and locking. Suitable for dry indoor mechanical assembly environments with stable wear resistance.
Each fastener undergoes CNC turning for unified dimensional tolerance control. The flange surface is flat, the thread pitch is consistent, and no burrs remain on edges. The finished product achieves good interchangeability, ensuring smooth screwing without jamming or thread slipping during adjustment.
The integrated flange design increases contact area between the screw and equipment base. It provides balanced pressure during locking, effectively avoiding partial tilt after adjustment. The structure occupies small installation space and fits compact mechanical base assembly positions.
Standard thread matching allows tiny incremental adjustment of height and gap. Operators can complete positioning fine-tuning without complex auxiliary tools, which simplifies equipment calibration work and improves overall assembly efficiency.

All finished items pass dimensional measurement and appearance inspection before shipment.
