Our long locating pins are made of industrial-grade solid materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and brass. Featuring high coaxiality, excellent straightness, bending resistance and wear resistance, these precision shaft parts effectively solve common problems such as positioning offset, shaking and deformation of ordinary pins. We adopt high-purity solid raw materials with strict spectrum inspection and hardness testing. The entire long shaft body, chamfers, steps, threads and grooves are completed in one clamping process. It avoids bending and eccentricity errors caused by segmented machining. The stable machining tolerance reaches ±0.005mm. Excellent straightness and coaxiality ensure stable operation without shaking or positioning deviation.
Processed from solid metal rods, the one-piece long shaft structure has no splicing or welding gaps. It features high density, strong toughness and outstanding bending resistance. Optimized for the industry points of slender shaft deformation and wear, our long shaft pins maintain stable performance after long-term high-frequency vibration and repeated disassembly.
We customize ultra-long slender shafts, stepped shaft pins, double-chamfer locating pins, threaded long shafts, slotted limit pins and eccentric long shaft components. Custom sizes and special structures are available according to customer drawings and samples. Widely applied in intelligent equipment transmission, fixture through-positioning and tool mechanical connection.
All long shaft pins undergo stress relief straightening treatment, CMM full dimensional inspection and straightness calibration before delivery. 100% appearance inspection ensures zero defects. The batch qualified rate is over 99%. High dimensional consistency and interchangeability fully meet international precision tool and intelligent equipment export standards.
