We focus on producing Custom CNC Machined Square Positioning Nuts and Non-Standard Four Corner Anti-Loosening Locating Nut Hardware Fittings for industrial automation, tooling jigs, precision molds, and intelligent mechanical equipment.
Different from ordinary round nuts, our four-corner square nuts adopt physical anti-rotation structural design, featuring precise positioning, anti-slip, and anti-loosening performance. Integral CNC precision machining ensures high flatness, accurate thread, and tight fitting, effectively solving problems of easy rotation, positioning deviation, and vibration loosening of standard round nuts.
We adopt high-density solid raw materials including 304/316 stainless steel, 420 stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy. Various surface treatments such as passivation, blackening, and oxidation are available to enhance wear resistance and durability.
The symmetric four-corner square structure with high parallelism and verticality can be perfectly embedded in square clamping grooves and tooling limit grooves. This structural design greatly improves assembly accuracy and equipment stability.
All square positioning nuts are integrally formed in one clamping CNC process, completing square shaping, thread tapping, end face finishing, and chamfering at one time. The stable machining tolerance reaches ±0.005mm with strict flatness and parallelism control.
The solid one-piece cutting structure has no welding seams or splicing defects, with high rigidity, compression resistance, and fatigue resistance. Optimized for long-term vibration, heavy load locking, and frequent disassembly working conditions.
We provide full non-standard customization of square nuts, including special-sized four-corner nuts, stepped positioning nuts, thick/thin type locking nuts, fine/coarse thread nuts, and slotted anti-loosening nuts.
All finished square positioning nuts undergo thread gauge testing, parallelism calibration, full-dimensional inspection, and simulated assembly testing before delivery. The batch qualified rate exceeds 99%.
