Product Overview
This series of non-standard mushroom-head blackened plastic nuts is manufactured from engineering plastics including PA66, POM, and ABS. Using CNC turn-mill composite integrated machining, multiple features including mushroom-head arc top surface, hexagon driving surface, internal thread, and step positioning are completed in one clamping setup, eliminating cumulative errors and ensuring thread coaxiality and precision.
Blackening surface treatment provides uniform matte black appearance for decoration, dust-proof, and thread-protection purposes. The rounded domed mushroom-head covers bolt ends after installation for insulation and visual improvement. Full-parameter customization is available for thread size, mushroom-head arc diameter, head height, hexagon across-flat dimension, and step dimension.
