Situo Hardware specializes in custom SUS304 stainless steel countersunk hexagon socket rivets, inner-outer hex special-shaped rivets, and custom-eccentric non-standard rivets. Our cold-forging die one-piece formed special-profile riveting fasteners serve tooling fixtures, inspection jigs, precision equipment modules, sheet-metal assemblies, instrument housings, and mechanical riveting applications.
This SUS304 countersunk inner-outer hex eccentric non-standard rivet series is produced from stainless steel bar stock using cold-forging die one-piece forming. The countersunk head, inner hex socket, and outer hex profile are extruded with continuous metal grain flow for improved tensile and impact resistance. Custom eccentric offset structure enables position compensation and hole-error correction for tooling adaptation.
