Situo Hardware specializes in custom 304 stainless steel flat head hex socket rivets, hinge pivot rivets, and cold-headed one-piece formed non-standard riveting fasteners. Our products serve industrial hinges, automation equipment doors, tooling fixture flipping mechanisms, instrument housing articulated structures, and mechanical movable connection assemblies.
This series of 304 stainless steel flat head hex socket hinge rivets are produced from SUS304 stainless steel bar stock using cold-heading die one-piece forming process. The flat head and inner hex socket are extruded by dies with continuous metal grain flow to improve tensile, shear, and fatigue resistance. Minor finishing ensures dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness.
Provides reliable rust and wear resistance for indoor, mildly humid, and outdoor environments. Good toughness ensures stable rotational performance without deformation under repeated opening and closing.
Uninterrupted metal grain flow brings better tensile, shear, and vibration-fatigue resistance than fully-turned rivets. High material utilization suitable for medium-large-batch production.
Flat head provides large bearing area for flush mounting. Inner hex socket enables wrench-driven pre-positioning for accurate hinge hole alignment before riveting, improving assembly efficiency.
Smooth pivot shank, stepped limit section, and riveting flared end ensure low rotational resistance and jitter-free repeated opening. Stepped structure provides axial limit for stable articulated operation.
Custom flat head diameter, head thickness, inner hex size, shank diameter, shank length, and rivet-end shape. Solid and semi-hollow styles available. Orders based on drawings or samples.
Standard vibratory deburring and passivation for anti-rust. Polishing optional for high-smoothness pivot surface. All sharp edges removed to prevent scratching during assembly and rotation.
Comprehensive quality control includes raw-material verification, cold-headed blank screening, dimensional inspection, hex gauge testing, coaxiality sampling, and burr trimming. Critical dimensions measured by precision gauges to ensure stable batch consistency meeting export quality requirements.
Full workflow: bar cutting → cold-heading die one-piece extrusion → blank sorting → partial finishing → pivot section & rivet-end forming → deburring → surface treatment → finished-product inspection.
Sampling lead time: 3-5 days. Orders of all volumes accepted. Material certificates and dimension inspection reports provided with export-grade packaging.
