These mechanical hardware fasteners serve tooling fixtures, inspection jigs, precision equipment modules, sheet-metal assemblies, instrument housings, and mechanical riveting applications.
Manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel bar stock using cold forging die one-piece forming process, these rivets feature continuous metal grain flow for improved tensile and impact resistance. The countersunk head sits flush after installation, while the combined inner hexagon socket and external hex profile provide composite special-shaped structure for pre-tightening, positioning, and permanent riveting lock.
Situo Hardware utilizes advanced equipment from Japan and Germany, including CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines, with maximum processing outer diameter of 60mm and minimum control tolerance of 0.001mm.
