Solid carbon steel construction provides high structural strength and rigidity with 3x higher rigidity than welded bases. Capable of withstanding radial loads, axial loads, and overturning moments for long-term durability.
Strictly controlled rotary fitting accuracy enables 360° continuous rotation or fixed-angle indexing with positioning accuracy up to ±0.1°. Integrated locking mechanisms and positioning structures for precise angle control.
Complete non-standard customization including disc-type, flange-type, stepped rotating bases with custom dimensions, structures, materials, and surface treatments. Support for prototyping, small-batch, and mass production.
Comprehensive inspection including dimensional verification, coaxiality testing, rotary smoothness assessment, load simulation, and appearance finishing. Batch yield rate ≥99% with stable, interchangeable quality.
Advanced Equipment: Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press machines, casting equipment. Maximum processing outer diameter: 60mm, minimum tolerance: 0.001mm.
