The SDVEDON CW61100*6M is a heavy-duty engine lathe designed for large-scale turning operations in heavy machinery manufacturing, energy equipment production, shipbuilding, and large repair workshops. With a 1000mm swing over bed, 6000mm center distance, and 3-ton workpiece capacity between centers, this lathe handles massive components such as large shafts, rollers, marine propeller shafts, printing cylinders, and industrial rolls.

The lathe features a bed width of 600mm, cast from high-grade iron with induction hardened guideways (HRC52 hardness) for exceptional wear resistance and long-term geometric accuracy under heavy cutting loads.
High-Capacity Spindle System
The spindle bore is φ105mm with a metric 120# taper and C11 spindle nose, capable of passing large diameter bar stock. The spindle is supported by high-precision taper roller bearings, ensuring vibration-free rotation and excellent surface finish.
