Product Introduction:

The CNC Angle Line Machine is a high-precision, full-automatic integrated processing system specially developed for the marking, punching, drilling, shearing and cutting of angle steel profiles. It is widely applied in power transmission tower construction, communication tower manufacturing, steel structure engineering, bridge projects and general metal fabrication sectors. 1. Infeeding Carriage

The feeding carriage consists of a movable trolley, clamp, clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, and additional components. During the feeding operation, the trolley is guided along two precision guide rails on the feeding conveyor, providing benefits such as high accuracy, superior stability, and low operational noise.

2. Infeeding Conveyor
The base channel of the conveyors is fabricated from a single-piece, bent thick plate with a seamless, non-welded construction, enhancing load-bearing capacity. Only high-quality, premium-brand bearings are utilized, and the rollers are engineered for superior strength and durability. The advanced design of the feeding conveyor ensures smooth and efficient delivery of angle steel material into the main machine body, enabling seamless commencement of processing.

3. Horizontal Feeding Table
Powered by a motor and reducer via a sprocket and chain system, this unit guarantees stable movement of angle steel with minimal operational noise during the conveying process.

4. Marking Unit
The marking unit comprises a bed support secured to the machine base, a movable bed, a hydraulic pressure head, and a four-position oil cylinder. Operating under computer control, it executes markings precisely at the locations specified in the design drawings.

5. Punching Unit
Equipped with three punch sizes on each side, each punch is fitted with a mold selection cylinder, enabling multiple-row and varied hole punching operations on both wings of the angle steel.

6. Cutting Unit
For angle and channel steel, single-blade cutting is employed. For flat steel, the unit performs both straight shearing and arc-shaped shearing operations.

7. Outfeeding Conveyor
The outfeeding conveyor is composed of feeding rollers, workpiece support rollers, and either single- or double-sided turning cylinders. It allows the processed workpiece to be discharged to the left or right via the respective dumping control.

8. Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station employs water or air cooling systems to maintain stable temperature regulation, preventing the hydraulic pump from overheating.
