1. 6. The cold-forming function is capable of processing angle steel profiles up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, with a maximum permissible bending angle of 5°. This capability enables precise deformation control, excellent dimensional accuracy, and consistent forming quality.

7. Under standard production conditions, the cold-forming cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal forming cycle generally takes approximately 120 seconds, depending on material characteristics and workpiece dimensions. Hot forming is initiated when the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C under red-hot conditions, with heating parameters automatically adjusted according to material properties and specified bending requirements.

8. During thermal forming operations, the operator only needs to enter the required process parameters and initiate the automatic cycle using either the start button or foot switch. The machine then automatically executes the complete forming sequence, including induction heating positioning, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating unit, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished-workpiece discharge.

9. In the integrated hot- and cold-forming operating mode, the production cycle can begin immediately after the required process parameters have been entered. The hydraulic ram remains in the forming position, while the lower forming die automatically rises approximately 100 mm to provide sufficient clearance for rapid removal of the finished workpiece. This optimized operating sequence effectively shortens the processing cycle and significantly enhances overall production efficiency.

The demonstration workpieces are manufactured using the *CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line in accordance with the standard specifications and established manufacturing practices commonly applied in the transmission tower industry.
