1. The machine is equipped with a high-performance CNC control system integrated with a touchscreen Human–Machine Interface (HMI), providing convenient parameter input, real-time process supervision, and continuous monitoring of equipment operating conditions. 6. The cold-forming function is designed for processing angle steel profiles up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, with a maximum allowable bending angle of 5°. This capability ensures precise deformation control, excellent dimensional accuracy, and consistent forming quality.

7. Under normal production conditions, the cold-forming cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal forming cycle generally takes around 120 seconds, depending on material characteristics and component dimensions. Hot forming begins after the workpiece temperature reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically adjusted according to material properties and required bending specifications.

8. During thermal forming operations, operators only need to input the required process parameters and initiate the automatic cycle through either the start button or foot switch. The machine then completes the entire forming procedure automatically, including induction heating positioning, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating unit, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished component discharge.

9. In the integrated hot- and cold-forming operating mode, the production cycle starts immediately after process parameters are entered. The hydraulic ram remains in the forming position, while the lower forming die automatically lifts approximately 100 mm to create sufficient clearance for quick removal of the finished workpiece. This optimized operating sequence effectively shortens cycle time and significantly improves overall production efficiency.

The demonstration workpieces are produced by the*CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line in accordance with the standard specifications and manufacturing practices widely adopted in the transmission tower industry.
