This gantry-mounted welding robot adopts an inverted installation configuration, allowing multiple robotic units to operate cooperatively along the gantry beam for coordinated welding tasks.
The system supports synchronized X-, Y-, and Z-axis motion together with optional external extension axes, providing excellent flexibility for multi-angle welding of large and complex workpieces, including shipbuilding assemblies and heavy structural components. Depending on production requirements, the equipment can be configured as a single robotic unit, a dual-robot cell, or a four-robot coordinated system, substantially increasing welding productivity and manufacturing efficiency. By combining servo-driven zero-backlash reducers with a programming-free intelligent control platform, the robot automatically generates optimized welding paths and performs real-time seam tracking, ensuring accurate torch positioning, consistent weld trajectories, and reliable welding quality throughout the production process.
