The CNC Angle Line Machine is a high-performance, fully automated CNC processing system specifically developed for the marking, punching, drilling, shearing, and cutting of angle steel sections. 1. Powered by independently developed proprietary control software, the system supports one-touch operation for rapid startup and standby shutdown. 1. CNC Feeding Carriage
The CNC feeding carriage consists of a servo-driven carriage, hydraulic clamping mechanism, clamping cylinder, swing cylinder, servo motor, and associated transmission components. During operation, the carriage travels along dual high-precision linear guideways installed on the feeding conveyor, providing excellent positioning accuracy, smooth motion, low operating noise, and highly reliable feeding performance.

2. Feeding Conveyor
The feeding conveyor features an integrally fabricated heavy-duty steel base with a non-welded structural design, providing exceptional rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Premium-brand bearings are installed as standard, while the conveyor rollers are manufactured for high strength and extended service life. Its optimized design ensures smooth, stable, and continuous delivery of angle steel into the machining area.

3. Horizontal Material Transfer Table
The horizontal transfer table is driven by a geared motor through a sprocket-and-chain transmission system, ensuring stable, accurate, and low-noise transportation of angle steel throughout the feeding process while maintaining consistent material positioning.

4. Marking Station
The marking system is composed of a rigid support frame, movable worktable, hydraulic marking head, and four-position hydraulic cylinder assembly. Controlled by the CNC system, it performs accurate and repeatable marking according to programmed coordinates and engineering drawings, ensuring clear identification and excellent marking quality.

5. Punching Station
Each side of the punching unit is equipped with three punching stations capable of accommodating different punch sizes. Every punch assembly is independently actuated by its own die-selection cylinder, enabling automatic tool selection and supporting multiple hole patterns and various punching configurations on both legs of the angle steel.

6. Shearing Unit
The cutting section adopts a robust single-blade shearing mechanism suitable for processing both angle steel and channel steel. When machining flat steel, the unit supports both straight shearing and curved (arc) cutting operations, providing greater flexibility for different production requirements.

7. Outfeed Conveyor
The discharge conveyor consists of conveying rollers, support rollers, and optional single-side or dual-side pneumatic turnover cylinders. Through intelligent control, finished workpieces can be automatically unloaded to either side of the production line, improving handling efficiency and production flexibility.

8. Hydraulic Power Unit
The hydraulic power system is available with either air-cooling or water-cooling configurations to maintain stable hydraulic oil temperature during continuous operation. This effectively prevents overheating of hydraulic components, enhances system reliability, extends equipment service life, and ensures consistent long-term production performance.
