Process Introduction
Black direct dye or carbon black pigment (0.3-0.5%) added during beating for deep, uniform color. Pulp blend with higher softwood content for strength. Beating to 60-70°SR. AKD sizing. Fourdrinier forming, pressing, gradual drying (80-105°C), soft calendering. Extra washing steps to remove loose dye particles, ensuring non-rubbing surface.
