ZF-R Series Industrial Motor Soft Starter

Industrial Soft Start is an advanced motor control device that integrates motor soft start, soft stop, light-load energy-saving, and multiple protection functions. It is widely used in industrial production to enhance the stability, reliability, and efficiency of equipment operation.


I. Working Principle

Industrial soft starters use three-phase anti-parallel thyristors as voltage regulators, which are connected between the power supply and the motor stator. By controlling the conduction angle of the thyristors, the motor input voltage gradually increases from zero according to a preset function relationship until the start-up process is completed, and the motor is supplied with full voltage. III. Starting Methods

  1. Ramp Voltage Soft Start: The motor voltage gradually increases, causing the motor speed to gradually increase, avoiding large current surges during motor start-up.
