Before starting the equipment, check the tightness of the frame bolts, the flexibility of the transmission mechanism and the integrity of the grabbing and positioning components. Confirm that there are no foreign obstacles in the palletizing working area. Inspect the normal operation of the electrical control system, pneumatic system and sensor devices. Test the automatic reset function to ensure the equipment is in normal standby state. It is forbidden to start the machine with faults to avoid mechanical collision and equipment damage.

Professional operators are required to set palletizing parameters and call formulas. It is forbidden to modify system parameters and program settings at will during equipment operation. No personnel are allowed to enter the mechanical working range during automatic operation to prevent extrusion and collision safety accidents. When replacing mortar product specifications and adjusting stacking modes, stop the machine first and perform parameter setting after equipment stably stops.

Clean the surface dust and residual mortar powder of the equipment every day to prevent dust accumulation from affecting sensor sensitivity and mechanical operation accuracy. Regularly check the wear of transmission parts and the tightness of pneumatic components every week. Lubricate the moving joints regularly to ensure flexible operation. Timely replace aging and damaged vulnerable parts to maintain high-precision stacking effect.

The equipment must be reliably grounded during operation. All maintenance, debugging and troubleshooting work must be carried out after complete power cut-off and air source shutdown. Keep the working area clean and unobstructed to ensure smooth pallet entry and exit. For long-term shutdown, cut off the power and air source, and cover the equipment for dust protection to extend the service life of electrical and mechanical components.
