Observe the operation status in real time. Stop the machine immediately for inspection in case of abnormal noise, vibration, material blockage or inaccurate weighing. It is forbidden to modify system parameters randomly during normal production. Keep the dust removal pipeline unobstructed.

Clean residual powder in the hopper and screw after daily shutdown to prevent material caking and blockage. Regularly lubricate transmission parts and check the wear of blades and seals. Replace vulnerable parts timely to ensure stable equipment performance.

Operators must receive professional training before operation and wear labor protection equipment. Keep the electric cabinet dry and ventilated. Cut off power and air source completely during equipment maintenance.

Clean all residual materials thoroughly when the equipment is out of service for a long time. Perform rust prevention and moisture-proof treatment for mechanical and electrical parts, and cover the equipment for dust protection.
