Product Features
WCB carbon steel offers exceptional strength, toughness, and heat resistance, while Class 150LB medium-pressure rating ensures safe and reliable performance. The all-metal hard seal eliminates the issues of high-temperature aging and failure associated with soft seals. The pneumatic actuator enables millisecond-level emergency shut-off, immediately isolating high-temperature hazards and significantly reducing the risk of safety incidents.
Product Advantages
● The metal wound gasket is securely clamped by the flange, with bolts locked evenly in a circumferential pattern, preventing any leakage of high-temperature steam, oil, or toxic gases, and providing comprehensive fire protection and leak prevention in a single step.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the operating torque is extremely low, significantly reducing the size of the pneumatic actuator and air consumption.
● The design combines a metal sealing surface with a multi-layer composite of flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
