Glass fiber cloth is woven from high-strength glass fiber yarn and has basic characteristics such as high temperature resistance, insulation, and corrosion resistance. The silicone coating is uniformly covered on the fiber surface through a special process, forming a dense protective layer. Silicone itself has excellent temperature resistance (300 ℃ -400 ℃), acid and alkali solvent resistance, and elasticity. When combined with glass fiber, it not only retains the strength of the fiber, but also compensates for the brittleness and easy breakage of the fiber through the flexibility of silicone. The double-sided coating process further enhances the sealing and weather resistance of the material, enabling it to work stably for a long time in complex industrial environments.
Wide temperature range stability: It can be used stably for a long time in an environment of -70 ℃ to 280 ℃. Some high-temperature curing models have higher short-term temperature tolerance and excellent insulation performance.
High mechanical strength and flexibility: retaining the high tensile strength of glass fiber (with a fracture strength of over 1500N/50mm), while possessing the flexibility and toughness of rubber, it can be cut and bent freely without breaking.
Excellent insulation performance: It has a high electrical insulation level, with a breakdown voltage of 20-50kV/mm and a stable dielectric constant (3-3.2), suitable for high-voltage electrical environments.
Aging and weather resistance: resistant to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and weather aging, with a field service life of over 10 years; Surface oil resistant, waterproof, and washable.
Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various acids, bases, and chemical media, suitable as a pipeline anti-corrosion layer, but not suitable for applications containing SO ₂ flue gas.
Fireproof and flame retardant: The substrate itself is non flammable, and the coating has flame retardant properties. It is commonly used in the production of safety facilities such as fireproof curtains and fire isolation curtains.
