This material is mainly used in the field of equipment insulation, such as high-temperature pipeline wrapping, boiler sealing, smoke exhaust system protection, etc. Its usage is usually to cut the sheet according to the size of the device and fix it in the target position by winding or covering. Due to the self-adhesive nature of the silicone layer, it can be directly pasted and used in some scenarios without the need for additional adhesive; For scenarios that require frequent disassembly, metal fasteners or high-temperature tape can also be used for fixation. Be careful to avoid direct contact with sharp objects to prevent scratching the silicone layer; If the surface is contaminated with oil after long-term use, neutral cleaning agents can be used to wipe and maintain it.
Wide temperature range stability: It can be used stably for a long time in an environment of -70 ℃ to 280 ℃. Some high-temperature curing models have higher short-term temperature tolerance and excellent insulation performance.
High mechanical strength and flexibility: retaining the high tensile strength of glass fiber (with a fracture strength of over 1500N/50mm), while possessing the flexibility and toughness of rubber, it can be cut and bent freely without breaking.
Excellent insulation performance: It has a high electrical insulation level, with a breakdown voltage of 20-50kV/mm and a stable dielectric constant (3-3.2), suitable for high-voltage electrical environments.
Aging and weather resistance: resistant to ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and weather aging, with a field service life of over 10 years; Surface oil resistant, waterproof, and washable.
Chemical corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various acids, bases, and chemical media, suitable as a pipeline anti-corrosion layer, but not suitable for applications containing SO ₂ flue gas.
Fireproof and flame retardant: The substrate itself is non flammable, and the coating has flame retardant properties. It is commonly used in the production of safety facilities such as fireproof curtains and fire isolation curtains.
