Rubber Silica Dispersant SR-BP02
Product Description:
Rubber silica dispersant SR-BP02 (equivalent to Rhein ST) can reduce the viscosity of rubber compounds during mixing and processing, making it easier to process tread compounds using styrene-butadiene rubber and polybutadiene rubber filled with silica; it can improve the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals in the rubber compound, especially suitable for the dispersion of compounds containing highly active silica, significantly improving the mold filling characteristics and Mooney scorch of extruded products, and improving the wet grip performance of tires; it can delay scorching, promote vulcanization, increase the brightness and vividness of the finished product color, improve quality, and reduce production costs.
Application Areas:
Rubber silica dispersant SR-BP02 can be used in tire tread compounds and other molded products as a dispersant for inorganic fillers such as silica.
Usage:
1. Add together with the filler at the beginning of mixing. It does not affect the use of silane coupling agents.
2. Recommended dosage: 2-4 phr.
