Chemical Plasticizer
Technical Introduction
This is an environmentally friendly chemical plasticizer composed of 2,2′-dibenzoylamino diphenyl disulfide (DBD) and various highly active substances with synergistic effects. It disperses easily in rubber during mastication or mixing, rapidly promoting the scission of rubber macromolecular chains and deactivating and stabilizing the resulting free radicals. This quickly reduces Mooney viscosity, shortens mixing time, reduces energy consumption, and improves mixing efficiency and quality. The Mooney viscosity of the rubber remains relatively stable for a certain period after mastication or mixing, ensuring both viscosity reduction and batch uniformity. It has minimal impact on the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound and the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber. This product has a plasticizing effect above 70°C, with the best effect at 140-160°C.
Application Areas:
This product is used in the processing of tires and other rubber products, for the mastication of natural and synthetic rubber, or the mixing of carbon black masterbatch in the first stage.
Usage:
1. Add simultaneously with raw rubber at the beginning of mastication or the first stage of mixing.
2. The addition amount is 0.1-0.3 phr.
