Rubber Physical Plasticizer
Product Description
SR-SJJ is mainly composed of high molecular weight saturated fatty acid zinc salts. It can reduce the Mooney viscosity of natural and synthetic rubber compounds without affecting their physical properties, improve the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals in the compound, and shorten mixing time; it improves the flowability of the compound and enhances calendering and extrusion performance; it facilitates demolding of vulcanized products and keeps molds clean; this product can delay scorching and promote vulcanization, reduce wear, and extend the service life of products.
Application Areas:
Processing aid for natural and synthetic rubber, used in tire compounds and other molded and extruded products.
Usage:
1. Should be added at the beginning of mixing.
2. Recommended dosage: 1-3 phr
