The IG55 automatic fire extinguishing system is engineered to suppress fires rapidly and efficiently using an inert gas agent. Packaging
Each unit is first packed with polyfoam and then placed into a wooden case. When required by customer specifications or safety regulations, we can also build a pallet for the goods.
Advantages
The 30 MPa system uses 25% to 50% fewer extinguisher cylinders than the conventional 15 MPa system.
It significantly reduces the floor area required between cylinders, increasing the building's overall usable space and utilization rate.
A continuous 6 MPa low-pressure release lowers the overall system's pipe and component costs.
With a transmission range of up to 200 meters, the continuous 6 MPa release pressure offers more reliable and efficient performance.
The entire system discharges at low pressure, which increases safety and has less impact on the building's structure, personnel, and equipment.
The external continuous pressure-relief mechanism only bears pressure during system discharge, making it simple to disassemble and maintain and significantly reducing the system failure rate.
With easy disassembly and secondary refilling of agent after discharge, the system can be placed back into operation immediately without replacing any components.
It simplifies the installation and arrangement of the safety buckle and minimizes the size of the opening in the gas pressure relief port, directly lowering the cost of the safety pressure relief device.
