IG-55 is a clean agent fire extinguishing system using an inert gas (IG-55) consisting of 50% Nitrogen and 50% Argon, and is used in total flooding systems. It has become widely accepted as the best performing, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly inert gas fire extinguishing agent, offering extended hold times and great flexibility in design. The IG55 fire suppression system utilises a superior valve design to automatically regulate the pressure of the extinguishant at discharge, providing an ideal discharge pressure and maintaining a constant flow rate throughout the discharge.

Each unit is packed with polyfoam first and then placed into a wooden case. When required by customer specifications or safety regulations, goods can also be secured on a pallet for transport.

It effectively reduces the floor area between cylinders and improves the overall use value and utilization rate of the building.
Constant low-pressure release of 6MPa reduces the cost of piping and components for the whole system.
The constant release pressure of 6MPa provides more durable and effective pressure, with a transmission distance of up to 200 meters.
Whole-system release at low pressure means less impact on site personnel, equipment, and building structure, resulting in greater safety.
The external constant pressure-relief device only bears pressure when the system is discharged, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance and effectively reduces the system failure rate.
After discharging, the system can be put back into operation quickly with simple disassembly and secondary filling with agent, without replacing any parts.
It reduces the opening area of the gas pressure relief port, directly lowering the input cost of the safety pressure relief device and making installation and arrangement of the safety buckle simpler.
The IG55 fire extinguishing system can be widely used in important places that require rapid response to fire. In protection zones where workers are present, sudden fires may occur, or chemical reactions are a concern, the system effectively protects the safety of personnel and property.
