In terms of high-temperature resistance, the FRP Melting Tank surpasses the temperature limitations of conventional FRP tanks. By utilizing high-silica glass fiber with a temperature resistance of 300-500°C and specialized resin, the tank can operate stably at temperatures between 150-400°C for extended periods, with a short-term temperature tolerance exceeding 450°C. This significantly exceeds the temperature resistance of conventional FRP tanks (≤120°C). This makes it suitable for mainstream high-temperature applications, such as molten salt energy storage systems (typically operating at 300-350°C) and molten resin processing (typically operating at 180-250°C).
