Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber paper is a lightweight refractory material made of high-purity ceramic fibers through a wet molding process. It has excellent high temperature resistance, heat insulation and chemical stability. It is mainly composed of alumina, silica, etc., and the fibers are interwoven into a uniform paper-like structure through a special process. The thickness is usually between 1-6mm. It is soft but has extremely high mechanical strength. Ceramic fiber paper can be used for a long time in high temperature environments above 1430°C, and has a low thermal conductivity. It is an ideal material for industrial furnace linings, aerospace insulation and high-temperature protection of electronic equipment. In addition, it also has excellent thermal shock resistance and electrical insulation. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, new energy and other fields to meet the insulation and energy-saving needs under complex working conditions.
