Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber wool is a lightweight refractory material made of high-purity aluminum silicate material after high-temperature melting and fiberization. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at a temperature of more than 1430°C. Its structure is composed of interwoven fiber filaments, forming a porous and loose physical form. Therefore, it not only has good thermal insulation effect, but also has low thermal conductivity and excellent chemical stability. Ceramic fiber wool is widely used in industrial kilns, pipeline insulation, power equipment, aerospace and other fields, which can effectively reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. In addition, it is also resistant to thermal shock and flexible, easy to cut and install, and is an ideal thermal insulation material in high temperature environments.

Ceramic Fiber Bulk has two kinds. One is the blown bulk, the other is the spun bulk.
The length of the spun fiber is long. It is often used as a filling material for high-temperature kiln and also can be used as the material of textile.
The length of the blown fiber is short, it is used for fiber plating and fiber re-processing.
